Victoria Chuah is a 22 year old Ashburn native who was crowned Miss Virginia at the end of June. Victoria graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with her undergraduate and masters degree in computer science in just 4 years. Her social impact initiative is 4A: Advocacy and Awareness for Adults with Autism, inspired by her 19 year old brother, Luke.
